Issue with sorting external USB drives - Widows 11 or ExplorerPatcher?

Hi All:

I'm new to ExplorerPatcher but recently updated to Windows 11 and find it indispensable!

I am however having an issue with Explorer and two external USB drives that hold lots of media files (mostly mkv) - each time I open a folder, the contents of the folder gets reanalyzed even when no new sorting has been requested. These are 3TB drives, so this constant sorting can take up to 5 minutes each time.

In the past, I've been able to fix this issue by opening the drive properties and using Customize to Optimize folders and sub-folders for General items, but that isn't working in my current system.

Can anyone comment on whether this is a Windows 11 issue, an external drive issue, an issue with ExplorerPatcher, or something else?
