Crashes after update KB5026372

ExplorerPatcher crashes after few clicks on taskbar items
Windows 11 22621.1702
It started after Windows update KB5026372.
Re-installation and reset to defaults didn't help.
Tried with ExplorerPatcher 22621.1555.55.2 and 22621.1555.55.1

UPD. It crashes when Steam is opened. With Steam is closed everything works fine.
UPD2. Updated Steam to Beta - everything is fine.
