change taskbar color in win 10 mode?

So i'm running the taskbar in win10 mode so i can rezize it and make it look decent, afaik i could change the color of the taskbar in win 10 to match my normaly all black background in windows but i can't seem to do this now, or at least i can't seem to find it.
Anybody knows? :)

I figured out that if i go personalization / choose your mode and go dark it changes the taskbar to dark, but it also changes a lot more stuff that i ddon't want to, soooo.. i'll keep looking :)
