Win 10 taskbar style with win 11 icon style.

I’m running win 10 taskbar style but the application icons take up too much space when apps are open. Is there a way to get the win 10 style task bar with win 11 app icon style where they stack and don’t get bigger when opened?

First picture is what win 10 style looks like and second is what I want it to look like.
