Restoration to more Control Panel applets

It will be very interesting if EP tries to implement/restore more classic applets like Classic personalization, View installed updates, etc so that I don't need to install SAB over EP again and again only for a while. The most important is the restoration of "View installed updates" as Microsoft is restricting most of the updates from being uninstalled from Settings. But, from classic, we can uninstall any type of updates and it doesn't restrict you from uninstalling any type of update from being uninstalled.

So, valinet should try to restore this applet from Control Panel.
