Taskbar doesn't move to the top on third monitor

Hi,

So I have 3 monitors connected and I'm using explorer patcher to move them to the top of the screen.
This works perfectly on my first and second monitor but my third is stuk at the bottom of the screen. It seems to be affected by all the other changes but not moving the taskbar to the top.

Any way to move the third monitors taskbar to the top?

It seems making this Q&A and then restarting the file explorer for the 20th time magically fixed it 😐
