A "Fix" for Pin To Start in Old Start Menu (outdated)

@valinet i made some research and i noticed that the StartTileData.dll checks the registry tweak "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell\Update\Packages\UndockingDisabled", after enabling it, pin to start fixes it self but search breaks (sorry but my os is in spanish and sorry for the bad grammar)
Anclar a inicio = Pin To Start, Desanclar de Inicio= unpin from start

Posibly to fix The Pin To Start Bug Is To Trick StartTileData.dll to make it think that the undocking disabled dword is enabled
