Please include what settings you changed in explorer patcher properties application.

Then uninstall EP, reboot, and check if this is still happening.

Ok, so the bug happens when taskbar style is set to windows 10. Does it happen if combine taskbar icons on primary taskbar set to not combine with taskbar style set to windows 10?
