Feature request: Option to enable Tiles view on the desktop

Would it be possible to add an option to enable the "Tiles" view, but on the desktop?

Not sure if this is really in the scope of ExplorerPatcher, but there are already options for SysListview32 and showing build info on the desktop, so I figured it was worth asking.

There was a mod for Windows 7 and earlier that enabled this (if I can track it down I'll reply with a link, but a quick search turned up nothing and it's been a few years).
