[Feature Request] Merge Explorer Window calls

Its cool, that MS added the Tab Feature into Windows Explorer after merely a decade of constant requests; but its still npot usable as it is now. If you open a Folder, it opens actually a new Window instead appending this folder as a new Tab of an existing (the last) window. That's quite inconvenient, right?

TlDr: Could you implement a Patch, to make more use of the Tab Feature? So (for example) it would be like

Window#	Folder#	Status	Result
window2	A	waiting for more...
Desktop	B		opens in a new tab of window 1or2
Window1/2	A+B	opens in 1 OR 2	(Window1 X+B )+Window2 A
