I stand corrected. I un-installed ExplorerPatcher, and then re-installed the latest release version. It was still failing to hide the recommended section in the Start menu, but I then went into the Start Menu section of the ExplorerPatcher settings, and un-ticked "Disable the Recommended Section". Then I re-ticked it. Everything seems to be working properly now. |

So I just updated to Windows 11 23H2 today. Was hoping for the best, but I guess I should not be surprised that it has broken compatibility with ExplorerPatcher. Having searched for some earlier posts about 23H2, I also tried the most recent pre-release of ExplorerPatcher, but that is failing too. I guess there is nothing to do now but wait for another build.
