Odd pinned taskbar programs jitter(?) + Feature request (hide taskbar until Win key is pressed)

Title speaks for itself, i personally think this would make taskbar auto-hide much less frustrating (with broken win11 style taskbar alignment when trying to drag a file into another window, which results in extremely odd jitter of pinned taskbar programs, which is also not happening always?? still no idea why and when it occurs, but it does).

Perhaps also make so taskbar is able to slide out when user moves cursor to the bottom of the screen when dragging a file.

Also when there is a notification in a program (e.g. discord) the taskbar automatically slides up which is something i'd want to be turned off, since it frustrates me enough to just hear the notification sound.
