Make minimalist version/script for those who only need remove recomended section from start menu

Of course i come here because StartAllBack was unable to remove "Recommended" section from W11 Start Menu. But after installation everything actually becomes working non correctly because EP seems also injecting some DLL's to modify user interface, but StartAllBack already do that so it causes some bugs. StartAllBack does not modify default start menu like EP does, but EP also try to modify taskbar that i completely don't need because SIB does all that i need. Unknown search icon appears in taskbar after EP installation and i cant disable it in any ways.
