Toolbars in "Windows 11" Taskbar style

StartAllBack can enable Toolbars while maintaining the elegant Windows 11 taskbar. I'd like to be able to do the same with Explorer Patcher, without needing to switch to the Windows 10 taskbar style, which has each program's ugly titlebar text printed out (and taking up a ton of space) in the taskbar. StartAllBack is not free, and we want to eanble Toolbars in our entire company, which would be very costly.

The StartAllBack developer is also not very responsive and the business licensing is vague as to whether it works on only his "StartIsBack" software, or both his "StartIsBack" AND "StartAllBack" softwares.
