Unable to fix Microsoft To Do list to Start Menu

I can't fix the list in Microsoft To Do to the Start Menu when I use Windows 10 Start Menu.

Please post windows version and build. You can find this by running winver.
Please post explorer patcher version.

Please include what settings you changed in explorer patcher properties application. These should be screen shots.

Please include any other software you have installed that modifies the UI of windows.

My Windows version is Windows 11 23H2 22631.3269
explorer patcher version is 22621.3269.64.1

In EP properties application, click on file explorer, untick register as shell extension and click restart file explorer in the bottom left corner.

Unfortunately, it's still not possible to fix third-party tiles to the start menu
