Windows 10 Start button too small. (Windows 11 23H2, ExplorerPatcher V22621.3527.65.5)

The Start button icon of the taskbar in Windows 10 is like in the first image, there is nothing wrong.

The sizing in the second image is only present in 8 and 8.1.

how did you change your start menu button to the custom one you downloaded?

Start11. It's a paid app- not really worth it though... unfortunately I only found out about ExplorerPatcher AFTER I paid for it lmao

Try installing open shell to change the start menu button.

That was classic shell that had development stopped on it. Open shell is the replacement.

Edit: I believe this is what it should look like:

ExplorerPatcher does not modify the start menu icon/size like StartIsBack that's why it looks small, since that is how microsoft made it for the windows 10 taskbar back in 2015

The new reimplemented taskbar now changes the start, search and taskview buttons to match with the windows 11 taskbar
