Taskbar keeps resetting to main monitor after system startup

After installing the update from windows 10 to windows 11, I was looking for a way to get the taskbar on the left edge my left most screen and got recommended this amazing tool.
But one thing I noticed is that the taskbar keeps resetting it's position to the left edge of my main monitor (the middle one of my three monitors). Is there a setting that I missed that keeps it locked in place on the edge of my left screen? (no I am not talking about the "lock taskbar" option when right clicking on the taskbar)
