dependency to Capability Access Manager Service

Amongs the infinite list of windows service that run on your machine, this one is used for letting apps access things like your microphone. well i want to enable it temporary only when i need to use my mic and have it disabled. the thing is if i disable it the clock, sys tray and volume icon disappear or become transparent. i remember this didnt happen in windows 10. im on 11 23h2 now.

so i want to ask if this modded taskbar relies on this service
