How can i get people button on the taskbar?

i wanted to get the people button on the windows 10 taskbar but it uses ep weather host. How do i get that button back with something like regedit

Please post windows version and build. You can find this by running winver. Please include if you are running x86-64 or Arm. And what language your windows is in.
Please post explorer patcher version.
