Why no Windows 11 Style battery panel?

Since the Windows 10 style battery panel is broken in 24H2 with the latest update of ExplorerPatch, it only uses the Windows 7 style
Why there is no option to use Windows 11 theme
I don't like the Windows 7 style it does not match with anything

Simple answer:
WIndows 11 doesn't have a battery flyout

Well clicking battery on W11 brings up "something", and right clicking allows you to change power mode- A desired outcome missed because W10 option currently broken with ep-patch on 24h2 and W7 lacking power mode adjustment of the balanced profile.

That supposed flyout you saying is the control center which is technically not a battery flyout

There are two distinct battery W11 24H2 actions: left click, brings out "control center" and right click brings up "Power and Battery Settings".

Power and Battery Setting allows for changing of the Power Mode, which is similar to W10 left click control.

Right click on Battery in W10 mode brings the old power plan selector. Current laptops have only one plan, Balanced" where Power Mode determine Better Battery, Balance, Better Performance settings.

The current W7 behavior cannot switch power mode.
The current W10 behavior cannot switch power mode with right click, and does not work on W11 24H2.

Hence we desperately need to mimic the W11 behavior which is "richer" than W7 and some users might prefer W11 behavior to W7 or W10, even if the latter is getting fixed later on.

This should be extremely simple to implement in explorer patcher and the issue is not resolved.
