Links toolbar not available with latest Win 11 24H2 2610.3476?

Hi!
Before i upgraded to Win 11 24H2 2610.3476 i could activate the Links toolbar but now it seems not available?

You need to change your taskbar to windows 10 (explorerpatcher) first before you can do a links toolbar.
