explorer patcher updates??

explorer patcher used to have updates fairly often. but it doesnt seem like it has been updated since maybe october 2024 or around there.. is it outdated now or it wont be updated anymore??

Well if it ain't broke, why fix it ?
There was several fixes implemented after 24H2 release (released in you guessed it, October 2024), and there still will be for future relases of Windows (25H2 ?).
One of the main reasons I think there aren't a lot of updates released nowadays because of annoyance, you don't want to update every day a random program, and an update shouldn't be very small because the installation process may disturb the user (taskbar restarting for example), unless it is absolutely necessary (security patches).

Replying to this old thread, because Windows 11 just offered me the update we all knew was coming, 25H2...but I'm going to delay until there's an Explorer Patcher update for fear it'll break it...

Well personally I have a Linux Mint dualboot, imma stop using Windows at all because of that SSD issue (and EP being broken for now), my NVMe is technically affected and I don't wanna ruin it. Oh, and of course the fact that after each update, Windows overwrites the boot order, but that's nothing really compared to what's happening right now
