Program not showing Full toolbar

I installed the setup file and when i right click the taskbar it doesnt show full options.

The option that are available:

1. cascade windows
2. show windows stacked
3. show windows side by side
4. show desktop
5. task manager
6. properties
7. taskbar settings

can someone guide me on how to fix this issue.
