Restore task view UI

Since ExplorerPatcher has reintroduced the legacy task view button, would be better to also restore the old task view UI for consistency (if possible). Below are two screenshots to describe the differences.

Yes, this is under our plans now. We will be reimplementing the 16299 one, unfortunately not the 17134+ (timeline) one due to animation bugs and the questionable usefulness as well as under the hood support of the timeline feature.

I showed the 17134 variant which is current variant that windows 10 has whereas 16299's variant is much simpler to follow and is technically similar to Windows 11's layout.
