Start Menu W10 and EP Taskbar doesnt show up on Windows 11 RTM

Start Menu W10 doesnt even open either, how do i get EP Taskbar up?
(BY THE WAY I PUT THIS HERE AS IT DOESNT SEEM TO BE A BUG, ALSO IM USING EP'S LATEST VERSION)

If you want to use EP, upgrade your windows 11 to 23h2 or 24h2. It's not supported on old versions of windows 11 that are EOL.

• For the start menu go to the 'Start Menu' tab, click 'Start Menu Style' and choose Windows 10
• ep_taskbar currently only supports Windows 11 22H2+
