double line taskbar - is that possible?

This is probably a biggest downside for me after I upgraded my home PC to Win11 - no possibility to have double taskbar to have two rows of window with titles. I don't see any settings in ExplorerPatcher which seem to be able to enable this behavior. Is it not possible? I have set TaskBar style to Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher). If I mousemove over the taskbar edge the cursor does not change to indicate resize possibility.
I am not sure what the other option "Windows 10" should do but when I choose it I get message that it's not available in this version of windows

As for making it double, right click on taskbar and untick lock the taskbar. Then resize the taskbar height when it's on the bottom to make it double height. Then right click on taskbar and tick lock the taskbar. This method has been around since windows 95 and the first taskbar.

if I saw that option then I would have clicked it of course.
Before installing Explorer Patcher there were only two choices in the right click menu: task manager and taskbar settings. Explorer patcher changed the menu, but where is the lock taskbar? Maybe I broke it when I tried some changes in the registry according to this article?

I did not figure out that I have to click the "restart explorer" in the bottom left corner! :) Mqaybe it should be noted somewhere so it's more clear to the user that he needs to click that! ;-) Or maybe make that link flash when there are changes which need to be applied by restarting explorer
