Problem in uninstall EP

I'm having a problem in uninstall EP and getting win11 to update with 24H2.
My laptop is running on 23H2.
I try a few uninstall tools like Revo, unlocker and EMCO unclock.
None of them works.

I'm keep getting this error.

Please help on this

1311 indicates ExplorerPatcher.IA-32.dll failed to be processed for uninstallation. Have you turned off "register as shell extension" and restarted your PC?

Open Windows Security app, go to Virus and Threat Protection, then go into Protection history

Protection history looks clean

If you are using a 3rd party antivirus, you will have to turn it off temporarily to uninstall EP.

I'm using the SentinelOne and did try to disable it before uninstall attempt.

After the EP is auto disable due to 2-3 times fail in uninstall it.
I cannot trigger the uninstall through properties.
Hence, I try to uninstall it again using command prompt, the attempt still fail but it restore EP back again.

Try chkdsk /f on your system drive. If all else fails then the only solution I can give is deleting EP's files via WinPE. Make sure to have BitLocker off.

Delete dxgi.dll and EP folder in C:\Program files using bootable drive.
Update 24H2 is done
