Weather option completely missing

I changed to Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) under Taskbar and the Weather option appeared, but it only shows a newspaper icon and when I click it it says Unable to load weather information. When I click Reload it briefly shows the weather and goes back to Unable to load weather information.

what taskbar are you using? Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) or Windows 11?

Tried that too. Nothing changes.
Also the Defender exclusion commands too.

switch to the windows 11 taskbar, restart file explorer in EP properties application. Close EP properties application and open it again. Does it show it now?

When in Windows 11 Taskbar mode the Weather option completely disappears from the Settings.

But if you switch to using windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) taskbar, click on restart file explorer, close EP properties application, and then open EP properties application, the weather option is showing in EP properties application?

Exactly. The options only appears in Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) taskbar, but doesn't work.
Shows newspaper icon and when I click it it shows: Unable to load weather information and Reload

I managed to fix it by following instructions in this post: #4351 (comment)

@ThirtySix361 ok try this, and I don't know for sure it will work, but:

1. turn off weather, empty the EBWebView folder
   copy the file "Local State", no extension, from C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data, replacing admin with your user name ;)
2. drop the file in EBWebView
3. turn on weather

please tell me it works for everyone! I think its something to do with security in webview that microsoft changed, but just an educated guess
