Impossible to change Taskbar size ?

There seems to be no feature tu unlock taskbar or modify its size in ExporerPatcher.
The Windows 10 menu which allowed it, does not anymore since my latest windows update (Windows 11 pro 24H2 Build 26100.4061) on the latest ExplorerPatcher (22631.53335.68.2). Is there any way with ExplorerPatcher to do that ? That is the only reason I was using it (I do not have any windows available option).

Open up EP Properties application, go to taskbar, and set taskbar style to Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher), not Windows 10. We no longer offer more support on the stock Windows 10 taskbar.

Then right click on the taskbar and untick Lock the taskbar. Then you can resize it. When done, right click on the taskbar and tick Lock the taskbar.

Thank you that is much appreciated. Unfortunately I cannot see a mod that allows me to make the bar thinner. Ironically, there is a mod that can not only reduce icon size and spacing on a horizontal Win 11 taskbar but also make the taskbar thin, and a mod that can place the bar vertically, but not one that can do both. I tried to use elements of the former in a new implementation of the latter, but whilst I could change the size of the icons, and make the bar thin, I wasn't able to find a method to manipulate the spacing between the icons so I ended up with 2 "pages" of icons - and it looked messy. Perhaps flipping from horizontal to vertical messes with the logic, i.e. height = width etc, and I just ended up crashing explorer. Basically, I'm not a coder and won't pretend to be!

Thank you. I do not have the "Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher)" in my list, only "Windows 11 (default)" and "Windows 10". I will try a reinstall once I can download the exe.

Is this not something I could request to be added to Explorer Patcher? It seems trivial. Windhawk mods are too messy for me.

You can try to request it. But if you read the wiki page, you'll see that the 7+ taskbar tweaker software author is porting the features to windhawk.

SOLVED - reinstalled and now have "Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher)" taskbar available with said parameter. Thank you very much !
