Refrain from EP update shortly after user logon to avoid interrupting "startup" apps processing

Hello!

Sometimes, shortly after logging on to my account, EP will offer a update to me. I will accept, the update will download, and then EP will restart to install it.

However, every time I do this, the apps I have set to open on startup (I'm not certain as to how Windows handles this, but there seems to be a staggered list it works through until it has started everything) stop starting. I am then forced to either start them manually or log out and back in to allow windows to run through the full list.

To mitigate this, I would like to see one of the following features added:

If Windows exposes a manner in which to detect when it has finished starting all startup apps:

• Delay offers to update EP until after this is detected.

Otherwise:

• Delay offers to update EP for some period (can be static or dynamic based on performance signals, when the cpu or drive activity calms down, whatever).
