Tile genie cannot work

After selecting Win10 Start Menu, I want to add a picture tile through Tile Genie, but he crashes and can't add it, I've pinned Tile Genie to the start menu. Live tiles have always been unstable in 22621 onwards. We have no plans of fixing it as Microsoft has removed the Windows 10 start menu in 26xxx builds.
