Can Explorer Patcher really display the Win10 "Start Menu" (with tiles) instead of the Androïd-like crap

I am procrastinating the conversion from Win10 to Win11 for ergonomic reasons.
That is why I decided to try Explorer Patcher (using virtual machines).
Latest attempt (after a few months unsuccessful research):
Windows 11 Professionel Insider Preview / Build 26100.ge_release.240331-1435
Explorer Patcher: 22631.5335.68.2

1. I manage to have the tasbar standing vertically on the left
2. I see nothing to propose the disposition with tiles, and the ugly androïd-telephone disposition remains.
3. I keep my Win10

Is Explorer patcher really able to propose the disposition with tiles on Win11?
Do I need some add-on?

If this is about live tiles:

Live tiles have always been unstable in 22621 onwards. We have no plans of fixing it as Microsoft has removed the Windows 10 start menu in 26xxx builds.

Thanks a lot for the quick answer.
I will stop wasting my time for miracles on Win11.
I will keep my machines under Win10 (and install Win10 on the latest one with Win11 preinstalled)
In the past, I had jumped directly from WinXP to Win10, because none of the intermediate OS would bring anything to my operations.
The same story will repeat from Win10 to Win??.
My comfort, security and efficiency are more important to me than running the latest overbloated fashionable software.

If you prefer the start menu from windows xp, you should try installing open shell: https://open-shell.github.io/Open-Shell-Menu/

This allows me to have the windows 7 style start menu and it's great.
