ep_setup.exe: After latest win11 24H2 update today ExploerPatcher is gone

After latest win11 24H2 update today ExploerPatcher no longer works and will not reinstall. Still listed in Installed programs but when I click uninstall I get an error msg saying program cannot be found. Is this happening to anyone else and if so is there a solution?

did you add the exceptions by running the script in powershell if you run windows defender, or add those same directories to your antivirus as exceptions that are listed here? https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases

You need to do that first. Then attempt to install the latest EP from here: https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases

Download the ep_setup.exe if you're running x86-64 or ep_setup_arm64.exe if you are running arm cpu's
