Workaround for Taskbar Position on Secondary Monitor

Hi, first of all, thank you for your amazing work on ExplorerPatcher!

I wanted to share a tip that might help others who face the issue where the taskbar position is only applied to the primary monitor but not to the secondary monitor.

✅ Workaround to apply taskbar position (e.g., Left) on both monitors:

1. Set primary taskbar position to "Left" via ExplorerPatcher settings.
2. If the secondary taskbar stays at default (e.g., bottom), try this:
   • Go to Display Settings.
   • Temporarily switch the primary and secondary monitor roles.
   • Set the taskbar position (now for the new primary).
   • Then switch the monitors back to their original roles.

After doing this, both monitors correctly reflect the intended taskbar position.

This method was tested successfully in 2 different cases. Hope it helps or leads to a more permanent fix!
