Add larger taskbar icon size option on Windows 10

On Windows 10, the current "Large" taskbar icon size option in ExplorerPatcher works, but the scaling is still too small compared to what some users would like.

It would be very helpful to have an option for even larger taskbar icons, beyond the current "Large" setting, to improve usability on high-resolution displays and for accessibility purposes.

Expected outcome:

Provide an additional icon size option (e.g. "Extra Large" or custom scaling percentage).

Taskbar icons should appear noticeably bigger than the current "Large" setting.

Actual outcome:

"Large" works, but icons remain relatively small and do not scale enough, especially on high DPI monitors.
