Why is the feature to change the primary taskbar location not working? #4534

Right click on the taskbar and untick Lock the taskbar. Then you can drag and drop it to where you want it. Then right click on the taskbar and tick Lock the taskbar. |

After I updated EP to the latest version, the location didn't change at all, the taskbar remained at the bottom.
