The Windows 10 Taskbar Is Not Showing on Windows 11 Home OS build 22000.376

Same here Windows 11 Pro 22000.376
Rebooted etc, still Windows 11 Bar.. I get an Notification saying there should be the windows 10 taskbar that I can right click but well.. it doesn't appear~

The program seems to be running but somehow can't replace the taskbar :(

EDIT: My Stupidy kills me.. had installed StartAllBack before.. disabled it but somehow it still was running in the background.. uninstalled and the Patcher is working now, way better than StartAllBack.. could it be that u installed this too and don't uninstalled it? or do u have another program that's modding the Taskbar?
