Wider window borders without enabling high contrast themes.

Thank you for this excellent program. I made a (small) donation to show my appreciation!

I'm hoping something here is possible, inscope, and interesting enough to implement. With the overwhelmingly flat UIs now I have issues seeing contrast between different windows. The high contrast themes enable a wider window border which helps drastically. Unfortunately the Windows accessibility themes are all or nothing.

I did some investigations on enabling only this with a custom .theme file but couldn't isolate only the borders. It would disable some what I would consider major features, like having the taskbar (not the entire OS) be "darkmode" or breaking colors so badly that program's like Spotify became impossible to use.

Here's my attempted .theme file. I tried to reduce it as much as possible with it still accepting the file.
