How to make system tray volume picker be Windows 11 style?

When you hit the speaker on the system tray it pops up windows 10 version. How can I make it Windows 11 version?

Reason being is that explorer (or explorer patcher) crashes when you use the function keys for volume up and volume down.

There is no option for this. Only option is windows 11.
