Rightclick on the taskbar now give a black bar instead of options

Describe the bug

Rightclick on the taskbar now give a black bar instead of options.
Firstly, it gave a somewhat malformed menu with ExplorerPatcher options, but usable.
After changing some option related to revertion to Windows7 command bar, now I only see a small vertical black bar. So, I can't access the ExplorerPatcher options anymore.

Expected outcome

That the menu with the ExplorerPatcher options appear.

Actual outcome

No options menu appears. A black vertical bar appears.

Open up EP Properties application, go to advanced, and disable classic theme mitigations

Then click on Restart File Explorer in bottom left corner.
