Refactor Advanced TLS configuration section in how-to guides

The tls configuration guide contains a section on advanced configurations. It has the following issues:

• It is missing examples for Node, Go and Java.
• Needs to refactor since Tab element is wrapping the entire section. It should instead wrap individual code examples.
