I agree with @avifenesh 's idea that:
This is exactly what I did for Go with PR #3231. The only thing I would do differently is that I'd announce it, but with clear definition of what's the nature of the support (Experimental? For-Local-Development-Only?). That way, we discourage production deployment but encourage potential contributors, with that specific platform as their primary development machine, to contribute to our project. Not to mention we have existing team members on this platform struggling with local development already. Voted 42 based on above. |

@Yury-Fridlyand There is no reason to invest in discontinued Intel MAC. Unless you have a serious use case or a customer request, please close the issue |

There's 4 users already asking for it, i think it is now clearly needed. It is just for development, and mac runners are limited, lets add it with minimal matrix, one version, one language version. @ikolomi CCing you so you follow the status. |

GLIDE has a native component. Due to some build issues, it is not longer compiled for MacOS with
amd64
/x86_64
cpu. Apple does not produce new computers with such CPU type, but there a lot of such computers still exist.9 votes ·
