Java: SET command does not support using IFEQ with a binary value #5046

Describe the feature
SetOptions in the Java SDK only supports a String value in conditionalSetOnlyIfEqualTo so it can't be used with a value that is not String representable.
Use Case
I would like to specify a binary value for a compare and set.
