Sanitize all weapon information

Before I create a JSON dump of all the weapon information I want to make sure it is as up to date as possible. Should cover weapon names, crafting/improving materials, adding descriptions from in the game etc.

Common tasks that I probably want to action for all data sets:

• Remove any "N/A" instances and just have null or omit the data point entirely
• Convert any lists (create/improve materials etc.) into actual JSON arrays
• Fix inconsistency in zenny prices, remove z, remove commas etc.
