Allow downloading metadata as csv from the CLI #299
Description
It would be great if it would be possible to download metadata for several executions with valohai-cli. The syntax could be similar to for example vh summarize where you give a list of execution counters. Instead of the last metadata values, the csv would have all the metadata points.
