[Documentation] Bugs with scroll

Since bugs in Issues are intended only for the library's bugs, I've created this discussion as a bug report for the documentation website.

Case 1

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the main page
2. Scroll to the links block at the bottom
3. Click on one of the links, that lead to internal pages (like "Composition"), with Control button pressed to open the link in a new browser tab

Actual result

The page in the current tab is scrolled to the very top

Expected result

The page in the current tab is not scrolled anywhere

Case 2

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the main page
2. Scroll to the links block at the bottom
3. Click on one of links, that lead to internal pages (like "Composition"). No Control button needed
4. Click on "Back" browser button to return to the previous page

Actual result

The page is opened with a scroll at the top

Expected result

The page is opened at the same position it was before leaving the main page

Environment

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Google Chrome (latest)
