Production Clone URL

Hi Jinnan,

Here is the URL for the production clone with the ACS Tracts added in (with scale dependency).

I dont know if it is possible for when a viewer zooms in (they turn on at 1:1,155,581) that the tract can highlight as well as the yellow dot?  Or is that overkill on the map?
