Categorical Timelines-chart when mouse hovering out is not removing pop-out in Chrome

Hi, Thanks for the great package
I've noticed recently on my google chrome that when I am running the Categorical Timelines-chart, after my mouse hovers out, the pop-up did not dissapear as it should. The bar also does not shrink to the normal size. I also need to double click to get the onClick on the bar.

I happened to investigate the same issue this week.
The issue is that in the onhover, the block is re-inserted to move it to the front.
This temporary removal of the element seems to break the leave/click listeners, although I don't fully understand why, it probably depends on when the DOM is updated.

As a quick fix, you can comment out the moveToFront() in the onhover:

FYI: My PR now has a real solution that keeps the old reordering behavior
