* Central Asia 2603 update

- Added sectors split for the whole Kazakhstan airspace
- Revised airports data throughout the whole Kazakstan airspace

* Fixed incorrect UAAA sectors identifiers

* Fixed Kyrgyzstan airports coordinates

Swapped latitude and longtitude values to make those airports appear in the right places

* Fixed UAII/UATT labels

* Fixed coordinates
