Seems like problem is in your Windows. Try reinstall Windows 10.

...are you kidding...??!!...i'm one of the very proud people that have even sw of back up like todo bck up in order
NOT to have to format and reinstall....
my s.o is well workin' and well updated...
so this is the -right title- of the issue
